Having a baby is one of the most sacred events in life. From the very first second of a new life, Alaska Regional helps promote physical and emotional bonding. Our private rooms are designed so that the baby never has to leave your side, and the peaceful, personable atmosphere allows for rest and recovery while you're still under your physician's care.
From the free valet parking, to a complimentary meal in your room after delivery, Alaska Regional thinks of every detail to make your stay one of the most pleasant parts of your delivery experience. Join us and take a hosted tour of the Maternity Center. We encourage you to ask questions and get to know our staff while you learn about the equipment and the facilities.
From day one, Maternity Center staff also prepares the mother for the transition from hospital to home, including a personal follow-up call by a nurse.
