- Preoperative classes — This is training designed to educate you on the entire surgical experience, including preoperative teaching, rehabilitation and postoperative exercising. These classes will introduce you to the program and its many components, while emphasizing your own role in the recovery process.
- Comprehensive guides — This is detailed, step-by-step instruction guide covers all aspects of joint surgery, including preoperative preparations, starting from six weeks before surgery through three months of postoperative care. The guide provides answers to frequently asked questions and highlights the surgical admission process, surgery, postsurgical care, inpatient rehabilitation therapy and lifestyle considerations.
