Your lab appointment and lab results

To take a lab test at our facilities, we will need lab orders from your personal doctor. You may drop them off in person or have them faxed toll-free to (866) 605-9602. Some laboratory results are available as early as the same day of collection. For more complex tests, results are usually available within a few days.

Patients over 18 years of age can access their results through the MyChart service, an online portal connection to your lab results. If you're unfamiliar with the service, one of our staff members can assist you. You will also have access to results through your doctor.

Understanding your results can sometimes be difficult. The very best way to understand your results is to have a trained health professional review them with you. This is usually the person who ordered your tests. In the meantime, you can learn basic knowledge about lab tests by visiting the website: LabTestsOnline.org.
